Tennessee Bonds (tncontractorbonds.com) helps Tennessee contractors get license bonds, permit bonds and related insurance. We are an authorized producer, National Producer # 21543421, TN License Number 3004396229.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our quote form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, contractor license number, location, the bond or coverage you need, and any notes you add.

How we use it

• To request bond and insurance quotes for you from surety markets and underwriters.
• To contact you about your quote request by phone or email.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who sees it

Your request is emailed to our team. When we shop your quote, the details needed to price it are shared with the surety companies and underwriters we work with. They use it only to prepare or issue your quote and policy.

Cookies and similar technology

This site uses only what is needed to make it work. When you click “Got it” on our privacy notice, your browser stores a small setting so the notice does not keep reappearing. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of delivering the font files.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests only as long as needed to serve you and to meet our insurance record-keeping obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted, or ask what we have on file, by emailing us. We will respond promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
